Families can choose the option that works best for their schedule:

• Register for individual classes by session

• Join WSA with a monthly membership.

 

Pay by Class

• Prefer to choose just one or two classes? You can register for classes individually. Class tuition is listed in the registration portal and covers the entire current session — tuition is not charged monthly.

• Simply select the class or classes you'd like

• Fees are due 1 week before classes begin (August 24th for the Fall Session 1 coming up!)

 

WSA Memberships

For students who want to take multiple classes, membership offers the best value.

• STUDIO MEMBERSHIP - Take any 3-Classes during the session — $250/month

• UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - Take unlimited eligible classes throughout the session — $350/month

 

Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time with two weeks' notice.

Depending on your student's schedule, families can save $200+ by choosing a membership instead of registering for the same classes individually.

Register for classes

1. Complete the online registration form linked HERE. (This will automatically create your account in our Parent Portal.)

2. Log into the Parent Portal linked HERE.

3. Under “Looking for Activities?”, click Browse.

4. Select the Classes option to view classes open for registration.

Payment is not due at the time of registration. You will receive a reminder to log in and pay your tuition prior to the start of the session.

 

Signing Up for a Membership

If you would like to use one of our membership options, simply register for the classes you would like to take in the Parent Portal — do not pay the individual class fees.

Once you've completed registration, email hello@williamsburgschool.org to let us know you'd like a membership. We will update your account with the appropriate flat monthly membership rate before any payment is due.

That's it! You can register for all of your classes first, and we'll take care of adjusting the tuition on our end.

Scholarships

We never want cost to prevent a student from participating. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available for each session. Please contact us if financial support would be helpful for your family.

Enrollment Policy

WSA enrolls students through this process in a non-discriminatory manner. We reserve the right to place students based on space availability, age range, group dynamics, and learning needs to ensure the best possible experience for all students.
