Intro to sewing

Mondays and Wednesdays

11AM-12PM

*Starts May 20th*

Instructors: Fi Heller

Perfect for beginners, this hands-on sewing course introduces students to the basics of machine sewing in a fun and supportive environment. Over six classes, students will learn how to safely operate a sewing machine, understand essential tools and materials, and practice foundational techniques such as straight stitching, pinning, cutting, and simple seam construction.

Each class builds on the last as students complete a series of guided projects to take home—helping them gain confidence, creativity, and practical skills along the way. By the end of the session, students will have a strong foundation in sewing and the ability to begin simple projects independently.
