YEAR ROUND THEATRE
AT WSA
WSA is proud to be home to Page to Stage, Williamsburg’s only year-round youth theatre program. We launched this vibrant community initiative in spring 2025 with our debut production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, followed by a sold-out fall run of The Wizard of Oz – Youth Edition at the historic Kimball Theatre.

Each season includes multiple opportunities for young performers ages 7–14 to take the stage, grow their skills, and experience the joy of live theatre. We’re also developing a Youth Shakespeare Troupe, with additional opportunities for both younger students and high school performers coming soon.

Your support makes it all possible. Ticket sales and tuition cover only a portion of production costs. Donations help us provide high-quality sets, costumes, sound equipment, and—most importantly—scholarships so that every child has the chance to participate. Join Williamsburg School for the Arts & Innovation this fall for the practically perfect musical adventure! Based on the beloved stories by P.L. Travers and the classic Disney film, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins brings magic, laughter, and unforgettable songs to the stage in a spectacular production for audiences of all ages. When the mysterious Mary Poppins arrives at Number Seventeen Cherry Tree Lane, the Banks family discovers that with a little imagination, kindness, and a spoonful of magic, anything is possible.

Join Williamsburg School for the Arts & Innovation this fall for a deliciously fun adventure into the imaginative world of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka JR.!

Follow mysterious candy maker Willy Wonka as he opens the gates to his famous factory and invites five lucky children inside for the experience of a lifetime. Featuring colorful characters, plenty of humor, and favorite songs including “The Candy Man” and “Pure Imagination,” this whimsical musical is packed with opportunities for young performers to sing, dance, act, and bring Wonka’s extraordinary world to life.​
Open to Ages 7–12. No Audition Required!
Willy Wonka JR. is a registration-based production, welcoming both experienced performers and students who are brand new to the stage.
​
With rehearsals primarily one evening per week plus one Saturday each month, this production offers a complete musical theatre experience with a manageable rehearsal schedule. It’s a great fit for young performers ready to grow their skills, make new friends, and be part of a full staged production!

Space is limited and registration is first come, first served.
